Tuffies unique soft construction is safe for high-speed catches and for those unfortunate misses. Tuffies Flyer is constructed of a soft foam core to maintain shape, afloat, and to enhance flight.
The Flyer is protected by three layers of material; two layers of industrial grade nylon and one layer of soft fleece that are all sewn together with two layers of cross stitching and then two layers of linear stitching to prevent separation.
After the toy is sewn together, an additional piece of black nylon trim is added to cover the four rows of stitching.
This extra piece of nylon is sewn with three linear stitches to give the product a total of seven rows of stitching to ensure its toughness while remaining soft and flexible to protect your pets gums and teeth.
